i was randomly mentioning about countries to visit when i get older to my aunt, and she brought up this place that once i was so fascinated by it but was buried in my memories over time, the Arctic.
not for the polar bears, but because of the majestic view of the Aurora. the second most beautiful natural phenomenon to occur, (and of cause the first is giving birth to life) but she also said that it is a huge risk to take. why? Aurora doesn't occur everyday, at every moment. so if when i get there at the point where there's no wind, and no enough ions in the atmosphere, and wala, time to take pictures of polar bear instead. yes it is a huge risk isn't it? but since when life doesn't involved taking any risk. "just follow your heart" and i'll take your words for it. |
White light can be generated in many ways. The Sun is such a source. Modern light sources are fluorescent lamps and light-emitting diodes. An object that does not alter the color of light reflected from its surface will appear white, compared to the surroundings.
Since white objects such as clouds, snow and flowers appear often in nature, human culture has many references to white, often related to purity and cleanness. The high contrast between white and black is often used to represent opposites. In some cultures, like Chinese, white is considered to be a color that represents death.
and finally, White light is the effect of combining the visible colors of light in equal proportions.
i'm the white.
